Hay everyone...I have one problem with my XFX 285gtx xxx

I did silver mod and bridged 1/2/3/4/5/11 and I only got 1.22v ....But when i ONLY bridged 1/2/3/11 got same 1.22v .....try many combination but cant get higher(also try pencil resistor ) :S ....why is that? is this OVP?
