    It seems that the problem was solved, because the moment is running smoothly, as pictured above. But is not stressing the CPU.

    Run the program as administrator

    create a shortcut for the program, right click the shortcut and select properties. Under the compatibility tab in the properties window select the run as administrator check box and then apply the changes..
