My GTX480 @ 950/2200 ran through furmark, kombustor without any problem - although was not stable in Metro, BFBC2, Dirt 2, Assassins Creed 2.
By using OCCT GPU, I found the rock stable clock in all benchies, games etc. to be 900/2050 I had "only" 34 errors, during a 20 min test.
Thank you !!! I didn't think that OCCT would ever help me, but it did this time around. I adjusted my voltages real-time while testing and i think i found my rock solid spot at 850 core with the stock cooling. I tested it after that and i get around 5 errors per 15 minutes (and counting) of testing which should be good for casual gaming since its not stressing the GPU to 99%.
