EDIT: Just looked and saw pump was internal to rad, scratch the res>pump part. Whatever you do though don't pump into the res! You'll lose all of your pressure. Do res>rad/pump>cpu>nb/sb/gpu>res if anything.

As far as cases go, if you're looking for a cheaper alternative check out the HAF 932: Black Edition. That's what I'm waiting for with my build (comes out at the end of June).

Not true as far as "fresher" water. The water temp throughout the loop equalizes to the point where there isn't even a .1C difference between blocks and radiators. Water isn't magically 15C cooler after leaving the rad and 10C hotter after leaving the GPU block. Build the loop so you have the shortest tubing possible while still keeping the reservoir immediately before the pump. Don't worry about order as long as you do keep the pump after the reservoir.
