You should switch this around slightly so that it's res>pump and also you'll certainly want to do your CPU before GPU and NB/SB. Keep in mind that the temp on the CPU is the most sensitive thing in your WC loop so it's important to have fresh(er) water going into this. Especially with the Fermi in your loop, which is known to generate huge amounts of heat.
EDIT: Just looked and saw pump was internal to rad, scratch the res>pump part. Whatever you do though don't pump into the res! You'll lose all of your pressure. Do res>rad/pump>cpu>nb/sb/gpu>res if anything.
As far as cases go, if you're looking for a cheaper alternative check out the HAF 932: Black Edition. That's what I'm waiting for with my build (comes out at the end of June).
