i will give it my best, i am jsut trying to figure which ram to use....
seems like i can run @ around 540 fsb bench stable, so now i jsut got to find the
    right multi and ram timings...

i wonder what would be faster @ 5.1ghz....
    for the pie..

    530 +/- with CL 4's
    or

    630 +/- at CL 6's

I see that the top spot is @

    8sec 850ms
    544mhz 1:1
    4-4-4-10

so i might push that track for the next run....

I love me some awesome ram.

It will be good to be back benching the 775 rig again. Going to get some bags of ice and a coolbox for some below ambient cooling.

Could do 1.55v on plain water and still be in safe temps, I would hope the ice would be able to see me to 1.65v, will be nice to see where I get anyway. I'm not afraid of pushing everything the max.

I'm almost certain I've already told you but it needs another mention, your rig looks amazing. I love it.

Between those two options id go 1:1 cas4, if you can run 5:6 630s with cas5 it would be the top choice. What bios are you using and do you have xp or 03serv?

I am running F8a, i was gonna update, but it was running so nice, any comments on the newer bios, anything that can help..

I do have a copy of XP sp3 that i was thinking of building a load on a spare
raptor i have laying around, i also was thinking of trying one of those
loads that benchzoner posted about a month ago...They were supposed to be slimed down for overclocking .. i grabbed most of what he posted...

I currently run Vista 64 Ult..

So do you think going to XP sp3 or serv 03 is the way to go for 2D, that is my only goal for these chips, is to run the 2D benchies...

I just recieved some sweet ram to try from a friend

    What i have already

    readline xp2- 8000 4-5-4-11
    Dominator 10000 - 1250 5-5-5-18 (use this the most)
    Patriot PC2-9200EL 5-5-5-15
    some other stuff...

    but i jsut got some....

    Corsair 6400C3D rev 1.1 DDR800 cas 3-4-3-9
    Teem Xtreme TXCC1024M1300HC6 DDR1300 cas6-6-6-18
    Teem Xtreme TXDD1024M667C3-M DDR667 cas3-3-3-8

    So many choices.....

thanks in advance for any help.....

The bios I use is F4-4, it can be a little touchy with bad OCs but it helps with SPI. Definitely use xp or 03serv for spi, ive used both and they pretty much run the same times so its not really going to matter which one you use. XP/03serv is usually worth a tenth or two in spi 1m and several seconds in 32m, although for wprime use vista 32, here it can be worth a few tenths over xp. For ram id use one of the teem xtrs., which ever clocks the highest cas4 or cas5.
