I agree, the testing is just there to show the effects of reduced flow rate on CPU temps. Which is really good information for people adding other small blocks to their loops (NB, FC MB, Mosfet) which don't add a lot of heat. People will know that the reduction in flow rate and small amount of heat will have very little effect on overall CPU temps.
