Yes it's a cut down BD,with half the resources per "mini" core(the ones inside the BD module) and cut down FPU(no FMAC and no AVX). Still AMD claims it offers ~90% of today's Athlon II performance in half the die area.
BD cores are 32nm highk/mg+SOI while Ontario/Bobcat is 40nm bulk. Llano(based on Deneb) on the other hand,a Quad/Dual core with 480SPs is 32nm highk/mg+SOI design and it taped out in Nov last year and is demoed too @ Computex(behind closed doors though).Both Fusion designs are being sampled to select partners now.

Confirmed by AMD too that the Fusion system was based on Ontario!
