these voltages are too high not needed
IOH Voltage [1.31216v] 1.15-1.2
IOH PCIE Voltage [1.61706v]1.55
ICH Voltage [1.19291v] 1.15

and you timings are verry loose try 7-7-7 or even 6-8-6
My timings are even looser 8-8-8-20

But I was stable with that uncore at 18x with bclk of 220 Mhz (multi 12), I ran a full memtest86 with those value

I'll lower the voltage as you said, but are you sure I dont need 1.3v IOH, I'll have 2 HD 5850 overclocked soon?

But I think honestly the BSOD is caused by High temperature, I thought I had a good water cooling system. I'll try what you said, I'll give around 107 Mhz to the PCIE, I hope its gonna be enough.

I was able to stabilize 50 pass linx at 4.3 Ghz 75'C but my goal is 4.62 Ghz.
I might Lap my cpu, but do you think I should do it to my heatkiller 3.0???

Thanks for your help and I'll try everything you told me.

PS: I'm from Montréal too, the smell this morning across the city was scary...
