I have Vcore at 1.3375V, VTT at 1.280V, IoH core set to auto, mem multiplier set to x10, uncore set to x19, load line set to standard, cpu multiplier set to x25, BCLK set to 160.

I can't seem to go over 4GHz cpu and have stability. Any ideas?

That greedy image hosting wants more money, so I can't see your picture. But from what i can see on your validation, maybe your IMC/Uncore is having problem with 12MB RAM and x19 Uncore.

First try x16 Uncore and x8 MEM to see if you can get a better OC. In case, you can then try x10 MEM with the same x16 Uncore.
