Meh, $200 is pretty tight budget for a Lian Li or Silverstone case for a build like this. I am thinking it should probably be a full tower.
TJ07 would be perfect if it wasn't out of your price range. That is what I am using for my build.
What about Cooler Master? an ATCS 840 seems like it would work.
I prefer Lian Li myself, but for that budget and probably needing a full tower to keep everything looking clean, an ATCS 840 may be your best bet.
