    Hi guys
    I need yours advices!!!!
One week ago I installed on my gtx480 EK copper plexi block and everything was ok. When I started to oc my card I found out that 850/1700/2000 is stable with low voltage 1V, but when i increased voltage (for example 1.05V) I saw artifacts on the same frekvency, so I canīt go higher. Please, help me!!

all i can do is 1ghz @ windows @ stock cooler and stock bios

modified bios (ocp and ovp off) and a bit better vcore 975/1950/2200 definitely @ surface deformer benchmark

Yeah the new drivers are defo nice. Here's my Vantage run at my new 24/7 clocks. VGPU is at 1.137V. Next time i'll slap some chilled water goodness on my card and see how far she'll go. BTW, Napalm looks like you've got yourself a decent card. You need to push it some more my friend

    Quick compare with single ENGTX480:

When you start to see artifacts that's an indication of not enough voltage to the GPU, the overclocks you are showing aren't from MSI's Afterburner 1.6.0 beta 5. 1v compared to 1.05V is (tiny) nothing, you need to increase the voltage higher and if you can't your using the wrong overclocking program! I'm able to set my GPU voltage from 1.000v to 1.135 volts, I'm max out at 1.135 with an overclock of 852/1704/2100. You can not overclock the Shader and Core separately, you should have them linked!

When you say stock bios what are you meaning? Never heard of a bios update for many graphics cards!

We also update built-in benchmark tool Kombustor to newer version with many new function like voltage monitor.

Please give us feedback and suggestion on this version.

    Download:http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner...up160Beta6.zip

[Changelog for Afterburner 1.6.0 Beta 6]
    - Added voltage control for one more MSI N240GT Low Profile graphics card version
    - Added initial NVIDIA GeForce GTX 465 series graphics cards support
    - Changed marketing name for MSI R5670-PD512 in hardware database
    - Core clock is now used as primary overclocking domain instead of shader clock on GeForce GTX 400
    - Unlocked memory downclocking ability on GeForce GTX 400 series
    - Default core voltages for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 400 series cards are no longer hardcoded into the database. Now MSI Afterburner uses new NVIDIA driver API to read variable default fused voltages on GeForce GTX 400 series graphics cards. Please take a note that new API reqires updated release 256 drivers, which are not available to public yet. MSI Afterburner will not affect core voltage at all when restoring defaults under curretnly available drivers
    - Upper limit for core voltage slider on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 400 series graphics cards has been upped to 1213mV. Please take a note that regular GTX 400 cards will not allow you to go beyond the reference voltage limits (1087mV for GTX 470 and 1138mV for GTX 480) until unlocked BIOS is flashed
    - Fixed <Link> button state saving/restoring issue on old NVIDIA cards caused
    by introducing Fermi family support
    - MSI On-Screen Display server has been upgraded to version 3.7.1. New server improves On-Screen Display 3D rendering mode compatibility with Source engine based games and Star Trek Online and contains updated profiles list

    [Changelog for Kombustor 1.08]
    - New: added the GPU voltage in the GPU monitoring zone.
    - Change: now GPUs indexing follows the same indexing scheme than Afterburner.
    - Change: added name of the graphics card in temperature graphs.
    - Change: removed the auto-start of Afterburner.
    - Bugfix: the benchmarking params group was still grayed.
    - Minor bugfixes and changes.
