Cheapest graphics card <-- perhaps a G92 or a RV670/770 ($20-80)
USB flash drive instead of HDD ($15)
Corsair 400CX or Antec 380W ($40-60)
Cardboard box or Antec 4482/similar chassis ($0-60)
