You need to install (if it isn't) AviSynth http://sourceforge.net/projects/avisynth2/
How to running it http://www.techarp.com/showarticle.a...pgno=1#running
The important one is the second pass, it's where final encoding is done.
The Bolded Item is not working after you click on I agree link. All I get is a Google could not find message. So im just going to have to work off OCCT, Prime 95, Cine 11.5 and Everest as well as anything else my friend brings with when he helps me install. Big case and heat sink need help. I also happen to be overly careful with hardware and never want to pull on anything to get it off. I also dont have any arcti clean. Thats mainly what hes helping with.

mAJORD, why's your HT Link so low?
1055T was shipped going through USPS which is really better because they take care of packages and we have one of those big sectioned mailboxes so if there is a package they put it in a package box and put the key for the box in our mail box. The only problem with USPS is I cant track its progress. It will arrive anywhere between between Thursday the 29th and Saturday May 1st.
Also that link worked Rich. Thanks.

Great test
Excuse me, can you do a test Phenom X6 in game II (Metro 2033 for example) (to 4GHz)?? VS Phenom II X4 955 (4ghz)?
I found this test but this phenom II X4 1055(2.8ghz) does not look terrible game ...
Probably I'll be buying a 1055T and replace my Phenom X4 II 550be.
And do you think, in game only ,at 4ghz, the phenom II X6 is better than Core i7 9xx or i7 8xx at 4ghz ?
Thanks

mum, games are not much optimized for multicore chips... One thing you get with X6 is 3 or more cores being ready to do anything you like while you are gaming at the same time! This is great since you can fold and do world community grid or you can encode audio/video and still be able to have the same performance as if you are just gaming due to sheer number of available cores to you. This is also known as multitasking and these chips look like they were born for this kind of usage. Not to mention X6 clock great and have lower temps due to process node improvements AMD made with their 45nm SOI tech.
nice richie! push it!![]()

richie great score @ 4.3Ghz,you are only 18% slower than Gulftown at the same clock in that test
http://www.techarp.com/showarticle.a...tno=669&pgno=2
Gulftown @4.3Ghz - 47.68
your score from Thuban @ 4.3Ghz - 40.36
You must [not] advance.
Current Rig: i7 4790k @ stock (**** TIM!) , Zotac GTX 1080 WC'd 2214mhz core / 5528mhz Mem, Asus z-97 Deluxe
Heatware
which brings us to...
Gulftown $1000 / 47.68 fps = $21/fps
Thuban $200 / 40.36 fps = $5/fps
Thuban wins the price/perfomance ratio by a WIDE margin
i have a strong feeling we'll be seeing guys running 4.5 on air and perhaps a few at 4.6 to 4.7 max

It never was a contest in perf./$,even if the price was 1K for that Gulftown.
