So this means that even if things are not working 100% right now....SW voltage control will work eventually, right Dinos?

I'm personally a bit disappointed that Gigabyte didn't stick with the original beta interface that was just so much more simple. I just don't like these big, complicated UIs with a ton of buttons which seem to need an instruction manual just to get it working right.
what are you talking about
mia i guess so![]()
The software interface that the retail cards ship with. They could have fit that all into a design that was much more user friendly. The SoC Tuner interface was posted earlier in this thread.

So the only one for whom the software doesn't work is me ?
That sounds so typical of me and my f*ing bad luck.
1. Software voltage control not working.
2. Card dieing without a reason.
Nice...

card died????
Of course it would, if something can clock crap ( this time it was impossible, since it was pretested by a nice person at Gigabyte) it'll come to me.
If something's about to break, surely it'll come to me.
VID mod to 1.35V.
Real voltage applied 1.4V ( stupid thing overvolts by 0.04 - 0.05V ).
30 secs of operation at 1.4V on air cooling, boot into Windows, check temp ( 43C ), moving the CCC window a bit to open up DRHDRIBL to check if the voltage stays put or droops on 3D load I notice that there's some color washout in the CCC titlebar.
Opens up DRHDRIBL and artifacts all over the place.
Shut down immediately, VID mod to 1.25V ( 1.3V real )... test again, artifacts again.
I think it's a bad memory chip or a broken solder joint ( gonna bake the card in a few mins )

Nope, warming up the card in an attempt to get some joints "re-done" didn't work, card still artifacts![]()
