Well, it's a lot. It's certainly not the most, but it's more than commonly used.

4 triple rads with push/pull 6 fans each (I'm assuming), for a STOCK speed 960 and a single lower-grade GPU?

Way, Way, Way overkill.

So much so that you aren't even beginning to use that much radiator space.

An awful lot of wasted potential (and cash) there. Of course, you'll be pretty much future-proof for quite a while.
