I know I am not around as much as I used to be, but im still crunching away. Lost my spot in the top 50...jeeze...63 now...sniff sniff....hehe....but that will change I hope...all these guys with all this horse power now....keep up the hard crunching guys!!

Shutting down the computer with Boinc running shouldn't cause any problem unless they do a hard shutdown.

good to hear

the cool part is that I wasnt even trying to recruit. I just mentioned what I was doing and they were immediately interested. after I explained how it worked( a dozen times today) nearly everyone I talked to wanted to sign up.

Is there a super simple set up guide?
the boss' wife asked for one so she can make a flyer to hand out at her church.

Even a hard shutdown won't hurt anything... just lose ~ 30 min of work max. So you should be more than fine.
