    why intel and amd try to put gpu into cpu?????

    GPU sitting next to memory controller communicates much faster with CPU and memory, too...consider how fast is dedicated VGA memory compared to the memory (=system RAM) which the integrated GPU core in northbridge has.

    Because multicore is the future, and GPUs have lots of cores in less die space ;-)
