Hi
I'm looking at getting a guaranteed Hyper kit for my i5 system, was wondering if you guys have any. Was looking at the 2000c8s but not sure if they'll be hyper.
Can you guys help me out?
Mike

2000C8 uses Hypers for sure.

Hey Yellowbeard, I think it would really help the community if you could make a sticky with a list of RAM that uses Hypers?

At this point, it would be pointless to make a sticky really. Elpida is or possibly already has EOLd Hypers so they'll all be gone soon anyway. 1600C6, and anything 1866 and up currently uses them except for GTX1 which is PSC.

Interesting, thanks.
Now trying not to sound like an el cheapo - which one would be the cheapest here.

Also does binning make a difference with hypers?

2000C8 is cheaper. The rest are not Hypers. And yes, of course binning makes a difference.
