Maybe someone here can help me out...
I got these memory sticks (pat sect 5 pc3-16000- 2000mhz 2x2gig kit and cant get them over 791.7mhz...

    Im overclocked cpu intel q9650 @ 4.2ghz
    timmings are @ 7-6-7-18-60-2T @ 1.7v

This memory is rated @ 8-8-8-24...
Im running them on a Asus rampage extreme which is capable of ddr3 2000o.c.
When in the bios I select XMP settings it shows up 2000mhz but wont post when i reset
When I oc my board manually i can only get up to ddr 1800 but system is very unstable, so I have to back it down to 1582mhz which is weak..

Has anyone encountered this and is there a means of producing a stable envirement with the capable settings of these sticks?? heres an everest snap .. any help appreciated...

xpm is for p55 but if it had hypers like a review it woulda done it with a dually
i had that ram its bbse chips not hypers
and with a quad dont expect more that 1650mhz with 2x2 ram

you better off with gskills pi 2200 cas7 stuff
on the rex the 2200 pi do 1920 cas6 and with the quad i'd expect 1700mhz 6-8-7-20
    bottom line 2x2 ram + quads+ rex
i did alot better with 4x1 kingston hyperx 2000 cas8 stuff "hypers" with a quad
