Building a Sossaman rig?

so if building one of these for parents that want "quiet" computer what psu should i use? sound card/USB audio?

also with video cards can it take a pci card? only 1x pci-x?

there are 3 options:

1) put a PCI v.card in the PCI-X slot
2) put a PCIEx1 v.card in the PCIEx8 slot
3) mod the PCIEx8 slot so that can accomodate a PCIEx16 v.card

u could also do options 2 *or* 3 *&* option 1 at same time, thus 2 v.cards
