Yeah it's very complicated: 400Mhz over stock clock across 3 cores if model number ends with "0" or 500Mhz over stock clock across 3 cores if model number ends with "5" . So with 1090T model you have 125W 3.2Ghz hex core OR 3.6Ghz three core,depending on the load scenario.The TDP is never crossed ,it's a guarantee(dedicated HW inside the chip,not temperature based).It can only be the rated value or below the rated value(95W or 125W),no matter if Turbo kicks in or not.
