I just noticed... there is extremely terrible flickering in ground textures in Just Cause 2 on my HD5870.

I captured a video with FRAPS and didn't compress it for the sake of quality which is what we're talking about here. It's uncompressed 50mb, and only 2 seconds

Someone tell me how I can compress this without a substantial loss in quality, and I will upload it...
