When working on cpu oc, I usually put everthing memory v at the first pink setting and forget about it.
As covered by Lsdmeasap above - I can confirm the bios does adjust to keep the minimum delta's between v's.
Worked well for me so far - but I'm on chilled water not ln2 - YMMV.
