    SLI(power consumption withstanding) gtx 480 would give this a hardcore beat down.
    Core i7 920@ 4.66ghz(H2O)
    6gb OCZ platinum
    4870x2 + 4890 in Trifire
    2*640 WD Blacks

    With this stock @ 850 I'm sure it will do 1000 core overclocked...

    it might, but evergreen performance doesn't scale that well with overclocking, and considering that this card is the same price as two gtx 480's... i just can't see the value. also, i don't think that power consumption is a real concern to someone looking at a $1000 graphics card.... to me this is just a gimmic, and i can't believe xfx passed nvidia's halo cards to produce this, i can't see how this makes good business sence.
