Could you imagine if ATI had shipped this card 6 months late with these power reqs? The forum would be overflowing with BS. For me Fermi isn't a good product but I'm not gonna act like an idiot to get my point across.

Remember that most of the heat problems will go away if you watercool the card.

The heat doesn't go away, it just gets dumped into the room faster. This is a big deal for people in hot climates.
