Time will tell, but for the same $ of close i'm going to get the Xeon equivalent based on my past i7-920 vs w3520 experience and this:

VID Voltage Range 0.800V-1.375V

VID Voltage Range 0.800V-1.300V

I think so.
Xeon doesn't seem to be worth it at all.
