I'm curious to know if the 8 port res was revised as well, or does it still use the larger nuts. If I recall, Geno said that Brian was having a 3rd party company in california go over all the data and the units so as to figure out what was going wrong. My hope (and the reason I decided to buy one), is that the quality of acrylic being used had been the main problem and that is now corrected. I just dont really remember heaing about to many 8 port res failures (because there were far fewer of them sold), and they dont have to put up with the stress from the PEC. So if the new acrylic fixes the problem, then I bet that the 8 port version has kept its older mounting nuts and there has been any changes to it.
