    Phew!
I have confirmation from a few users that Windows 7 work fine, so it might just be a virtual box issue.

Good to hear you got the Vista issues sorted

Well, if that was his question the answer is definitely yes.
The cut-down modified versions have a real advantage over a normal installation, deffo not a placebo effect.
yea maybe placebo effect was the wrong wording but i didnt know the right word to get the exact point across.sorry

    No no no.
You only open or right click only one of the RARs and WinRAR automatically uses all the RARs to extract the whole ISO file.

Don't copy paste the password, input it manually.

If the error window says corrupted volume ( wrong password? ) for a specific file ( e.g. W7x64x.part3 ) then you might have a corrupted download, re-download the file and try again.

I didn't have any problem with copypasting password.
Btw there's usefull little downloading program called wget.exe (known from linux world).

You can basicly dl all the rar files from command prompt with this command:
    wget -r -l2 -np -nc -A.rar http://www.benchzone.com/Downloads/Temp/

    Vista x32 with IE5.0 please!

    Very nice community service BenchZowner

Any chance of a non-IE integrated Vistax32? Or the one uploaded is already without Internet Explorer?

We could use a Vista x32 with IE 5.0 (fastest rendering IE ver.)

I have 4 partitions on my 640gb WD Cav Black, one for the backup 100MB for Windows & the other 3 for the Bench OS installs. Win7 installed great with the shift+f10 trick. WV installed clean from the get go.. and I am getting a "Disk Read Error" after the install of XP was done and rebooted; I have yet to see the GRUB or the WXP load screen because of this error.

    -anyone?

I got this issue fixed, however I am having GRUB boot issues now. I installed WXP last :dope:!! Which means it auto boots into WXP. I forgot the location where I can delete that so I have the other options.

yeah... I meant just regular window loader, I couldn't remember the name at the time . Do you know how to disable auto boot on WINXP? Thats the issue I am having.

If you have a linux distrib installed in one of those HDDs, I would use GRUB as a bootloader.
Now since Windows XP's bootloader is taking over you should try to modify the boot.ini file, but if I recall correctly the boot.ini file from Windows Vista / 7 is different than XP's and it won't work.
You should be able to create a boot.ini with BCDedit, but don't ask me for the details, I never tried that myself.

    Hey BenchZowner,

Any way to activate WiFi or network on windows 7 and vista 32?

I tried starting some services but I still can't get the internet to work.

It's handy when you need a ORB link from Futuremark...

    You cannot activate them.
The necessary files have been removed.
You need to save the results and upload them from another PC.
