Windows cannot read it? Right click it> open with> select program> wordpad.

Set the value from 0 to 1 and save by clicking the little floppy in the top left corner.

Close and open AfterBurner, now you should be able to go over the ccc limit.

edit:pretty decent score for these cards, didn't know they only had a 128 bit bus.
