    You have to enable NCQ via the AMD Raid tool, things will look alot better then...... And "Tony TRIM" kills performance on X25 Gen. 1, a complete waste and image+HDDErase is the only way to go on Itel Gen. 1............ The WriteBack Cache you have enabled on ICH is fine for the odd bench, but useless in realworld, so direct comparison with other controllers this must be set to off.....
