Very interesting. I also can't overclock on my board anymore as well. My PC won't cold boot at even very mild overclocked speeds (20x150). I've ended up resorting to plugging my reset switch to my CMOS jumper just to get the darn thing to turn on. Then I set to optimized defaults, fully boot, then attempt to OC. Although still, even a mild OC will randomly power cycle my machine anymore...

I was about to RMA my memory, but I may try and borrow some from a friend this weekend to rule that out. If my tests

PS - It is not a failed PSU. I've checked with a known working one.
