Unfortunately at this point I do not think their is an amicable solution that does not involve a lawsuit. On the upside, thanks to working with them for three years I am so broke that I don't have anything left to loose. I will do anything and everything in my power to make sure that if they DO steal my designs it will cost them more then they make. If that means free designs for every company on earth that competes with them then so be it. If I have to personally oversee manufacturing for them for free, so be it.

Cease and desists, lawsuits and counter-suites and all the associated drama to follow.

There is nothing more dangerous then a man that has nothing to loose.
What nerve! To collect profits when people are out of money, hardware and time.

They should be issuing recalls and refunding money.
