    I don't know if they are bust. I have only seen 3 new batches on this forum, all from Fry's, and one of them seams to be good, so far. I have also seen a great 45-batch a wile ago : Core i7 930 - Quick Air + LN2 and still hoping to see more of the same.

    I believe, there is still a chance for some good batches among those first batches that comes trough more traditional HW/OCing-channels. This is going to be exciting, for sure, but the big bust will happen if Intel suddenly "changes heart", and releases some cheap 32nm Quads/Hexa-Cores right after you buy one of these then suddenly outdated old 45nm crap.
