    Sideport should be 256MB DDR3 1600.

For games from 2003-2004 790GX sideport helps but with newer ones (at least trying @800x600 with sp only) the 128MB memory is not enough.

Other than that it looks pretty good, decent number of phases. Good PCI-E slot placement for CF as well.
And SATA placement, yeah, agreed... Well, at least there are two decently placed ports.
I don't know why , but the "blueish" heatsink + slot color makes me think of this board it's designed from Gigabyte
Gigabyte AM3 board have similar color theme too

Chew...I don't believe in NDAs. Never have, never will. If I legally purchase any hardware before a NDA date is expired from a retail store, I will put up whatever information I choose to.
As quoted by LowRun......"So, we are one week past AMD's worst case scenario for BD's availability but they don't feel like communicating about the delay, I suppose AMD must be removed from the reliable sources list for AMD's products launch dates"

Yah well there in lies the problem.......your not going to find these retail yet

That attitude preety much eliminates you from any possible testing you might have ever had the chance to ever do.

Hope the NB don't get hot, if not the vga from the first slot will suffer a little bit, there is no distance between them :S

Also hope they include a better igp, 4200 was good but, I believe that for today that is old tech...

For the rest, seems nice if the price is under $100.

I doubt price will be sub $100 for new tech plus full ATX. you can gauge price easily just by pricing current full atx 790gx. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131366

I think it is safe to say though that this will be a very solid board

Oops, was referring to the chipset manufacturation cost, not the board :P

Anyway, it will cost more than $120 bucks, but I don't believe that they are going to put it beyond $250, maybe a Premiun or Deluxe, normally the PRO isn't that good.

I wouldn't accept anything for testing if it was under NDA anyhow. So no loss for me.

Personally I'd love to see every hardware site on the NET refuse to sign NDAs. See what kind of response these companies would give when their products aren't getting any free media or publicity. No product hype of any kind.
As quoted by LowRun......"So, we are one week past AMD's worst case scenario for BD's availability but they don't feel like communicating about the delay, I suppose AMD must be removed from the reliable sources list for AMD's products launch dates"

If you love testing hardware and really want to know every aspect of it, signing NDA is more a sign of respect towards the person who provides you the hardware than a limitation.

NDA has nothing to do with elimination product hype ... in fact, the most hyping is done after the product has been released.
