Other than that it looks pretty good, decent number of phases. Good PCI-E slot placement for CF as well.
And SATA placement, yeah, agreed... Well, at least there are two decently placed ports.
I don't know why , but the "blueish" heatsink + slot color makes me think of this board it's designed from Gigabyte
Gigabyte AM3 board have similar color theme too
