I guess we have the official policy. Apparently issues will be taken on a individual basis. Business wise I can understand this,[I'm a small business operator. Sucks to be me.] I can assume there was/is no way to track/batch the parts that make up the T3. Obviously, not all have failed, seems to me the earlier ones where better, though.

In my case most of the failures I've heard about were/are happening to people who bought about when I did. [Sept. 09] Glad this product has a 3 year warranty.
So now for the solution. No way this is going in my new rig.
All I have to do is change plans. The case modding stops for now. I'm working on a new open bench setup.[I'm excited about this too, but wanted my new rig done first.] First test, Chinese made T3. I plan to document the progress. I have to figure out a way to mount it in similar manner as a real case. Except with a catch tank

It's probably better I cut my teeth w /WC outside a case first anyway, but I know I could do it. However if I was to wreck a bunch of doing this.
Well, my wife would make sure I don't mix water an electricity again

That would suck, I told you so's for the rest of her life
