i think once we see what voltage they run the 2.8 at and at 140W, it will give us a good idea if they will make a 3.0 or 3.2ghz version. if they have a lower voltage than normal, we know there is little chance the 3.0+ can use the same voltage, and thus have a much higher wattage. but if the volts are normal, then they can probably just raise the clocks up and still very close to the same TDP. but i think most of us are praying it comes out at 125W
