Even my $100 5 yr old Kingwin KT-424 all aluminum case has steel spring clip type inserts for the MB that you screw the MB screws into.

So I guess part of that nice accessibility is to be able to get behind the MB tray and hold nuts there when the MB mounting holes strip out. That's LAME WiNDy!
