Fermi II is probably to be what happened on G80 > G92 , I don't think nvidia is going to release a totally different arch compared to original fermi, since they made fermi arch very flexible... now the potential HD5000 series users that were planning to jump the bandwagon to fermi probably are going to wait for Fermi II
