Well, i got this monster on water. 
test on water rig:
ddc3.25/xspc res top->He120.3(3x GT-ap15)->HK 3.0 cu.
ambient is 20C.
Very disappoint the Evga board not supports this CPU now. still waiting the new bios from EVGA.
