Can I ask you what's wrong in your 32M run with nb 2000? That was a quicky or not stable at 2000+ mhz?
Likewise Yeah I was having issues with 32m and not equal errors but I had been benching the thing rotten all day long so I decided to put the 140 back in its blister pack and wait for even more cooling, fun little chip tho I did have a global cup for a little while. Think one of those ln2 guys had a backup and submitted after I beat him.
My pot is bigger than your pot

I've purchased: Phenom II X2 550, Phenom II X3 720, 2x Sempron 140, Athlon II 250. Out of all these chips, only 1 of the Semprons unlock to a dual, but it does 3.8+ as a dual!

Yeah, unlocking is not a guarantee for perfect operation.

You might want to increase the CPU voltage a very little, or play something around with ACC / AMD Overdrive in Windows, but thats it.

@Edit, oh shoes, this supposed to be a post of the first page lol.

Greetings to everyone... I've read this post several times now and I finally have the posibility to participate(new member). I own a sempron le 140 and a MSI 785gm-e51 motherboard, and I have tried lots of settings from the bios in order to unlock the second dormant core, acc on auto, special firmware on (unlock cpu core feature of MSI), voltage increase, nothing... a guy told me he had to use per core acc, with the values of +6 on the first core and -6 on the second in order to unlock his sempron le 140, but he was using a different motherboard... So, if any of you have this combination of motherboard and cpu and have succeeded in unlocking... please let me know what your bios settings were exactly
