The only decent HDT, construction wise, is this one. As you can see there is copper between heatpipes. The whole point of a solid copper base is to allow the heat to be transfered to all of the heatpipes. Thats where the HDT coolers fail because the cpu die will only come in contact with a couple of heatpipes.
