I received one reply long ago, but nothing since.
I still have little faith but I'm hoping to be wrong. If I get a replacement, I guess I'll have to buy a new motherboard to replace the soggy one and get the machine running again. Been stuck on a laptop for over a while now waiting for different things.
upgrading...
thatīs good news DB thanks a lot
Iīm from spain and it almost past 3 months since my RMA
working with my laptop to! because the T3 leak on my SSD Grrrrrrrr
Wow, more leak damage story. Lucky I haven't even assembled my system.
I don't know if I should be happy or sad at the moment...
On one hand, the system has not been assembled and my current system is giving me troubles. I'm really starting to think my system will be outdated by the time it got assembled.
On the other hand, quite lucky that I read all the reported cracks and rechecked my T3 before assembly.
I live in the UK and have a cracked T3 waiting for exchange,
The problem I have is that primochill have left it for me to exchange it with the vendor I purchased it from.
But does Brian or BG know when they will be shipping these new T3's to the UK and how will we know they are the new design?
I have a 2nd T3 in my PC and I can already see cracks around the top mounting screws on the pump housing that were not there 2 weeks ago.
I have now taken that T3 out and am now left with playing the waiting game as primochill and BG are treating me and the vendor like mushrooms (kept in the dark and fed S**T).
The only saving grace I have at the moment is a recent re-release of planescape torment,a widescreen mod and recent mod fixes on my wife's laptop.
Hey guys, I took a break from WC endeavours and was in Japan for a few months...I havw been running my T3 nonstop since i bought it when it came out. My Pc has been running the entire time without being turned off even while I was gone. My T3 doesn't leak and has no cracks. I have been out of the loop, where are they leaking exactly? do they all leak in the same spots? I was pulling out my gtx 295 blocks this week and now I am scared to put that thing back in,LOL!!

I have just checked my third T3 and saw the water level had dropped slightly.
I looked under the T3 and it has been leaking onto my NZXT sentry LX fan controller and then onto my 6Xspeed pioneer bluray player.
The best advice I can give anyone is to get it out of your PC until primochill can confirm when the new ones will be going out.
I have had both types of T3, the first one with the thick yellow band and the one that is in now is the T3 with no band and the allen key fixtures for the pump backplate. Both faulty.
Both leaking from the screw fixtures on the side.
I have not overtighened them and my D5 pump has been on 2 so very little vibration.
The bottom line is that they went cheap on the materials and we are now paying the price.
Way to go primochill.
I have emailed you and got no return

Atually, the crack on mine is only superficial. still no leaks anywhere or cracks by the mounting holes....I guess I was just lucky....What's the fail rate percentage on these?

Not a peep from Primochill so far.
Could anyone who got the new ABS version let us know.
We're dying to get any kind of update on this issue.
At the very least we want a confirmation that they are indeed working on the problem.

[12:38] Naekuh: i love watching u get the firing squad on XS
I can understand your frustration washu.
I have also invested alot of time, patience and money in this product and ithas failed.
The very least primochill owes me is a return on my RMA email to them.
I know they are probably investing all of their time getting a revised T3 to market but at least answer your emails.
Being self employed myself I know how important customer service is, even in a recession where it is even more important.
Remember customers only come back when they have been looked after on their first visit.
Thanks for the help DB much appreciated.
I am willing to be patient with Geno and Brian as innovation should always be supported.
I understand that at times fault slip through the net.
Please let me know when you guys are contacted back. I backed the T3 so I feel partly responsible for people having bought it (assuming anyone listens to my posts anyways). I will bust my tail to make sure they take care of you all.
