i dont think they do, they probably are making killer profits off these chips and people will pay the extra 20$ or whatever it is for the intel brand name. i think this is more about a marketing advantage, thats giving average users the idea that its better. this is ofcourse just talking about OEM full systems, and i have no idea if those are sold in bulk at the same price as AMDs
