    best board : Gigabyte P45 UD3P "400 x 10 & DDR3-1600 MHz is probably your best bet"
    and 4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets

    and best DDR3: Team_Xtreem 4GB (2x2GB) /1600MHz /6-7-6-18 /1.65V

    The DDR3 version is the P45T-UD3P

    Avoid P45 and DDR3 mate... the boards only work at decent ram speeds with a limited number of ram types... just buy a P45 DDR2 version for best FSB clocks.

    The REX will do 400-450FSB dead easy with a quad... with 2GB dimms stay sub 1950Mhz for easy tweaking... the closer you get to 2000Mhz the harder she is to stabilise...Just buy rams that can do 1800Mhz to have some headroom... preferably low voltage ones
