This was the worst part; taking the video cards apart. Well, one of them. Two of the three MCW60's I got from Micro Center look used (WTF). So I only took this one card apart. Man, that TIM would not let go. I thought I forgot a screw, and I was pulling and twisting gently, and then POP:
