ThermalTake and CoolerMaster statement: Fermi is hot, hot, hot! ThermalTake will sell a specific case, Fermi-certified... because for SLI it seems you need an additional cooling module.... CoolerMaster also build a Fermi-certified case, under NDA for the moment. But... very very hot... and 300W for ... a single GPU ... how will they do for the dual GPU? Anyway hope this is interesting for you .

FERMI + WATERCOOLING FTW GUYS ! A new heat , power and overclocking challenge is coming soooon
Very interesting read.

What was most interesting was this:
Il se susurre d’ailleurs que la plus puissante des Fermi égalerait une Radeon HD 5870 mais pas la 5970. Pour aller au-delà de la 5870, il faudrait augmenter les fréquences et… dépasser alors la limite des 300 watts
Basicly he's secretly implying that the top Fermi part will be roughly equivalent to a hd5870 and not a 5970. To surpass the hd5870 Fermi would have to break the 300W limit.

So to recap: Fermi is ½ year late, about equal to a 5870, consumes as much as a 5970 and it's much more expensive to produce. Nvidia is about to enter a world of pain I'm afraid....
