Yea, thats a nun, I took that on the way out of a restaurant called Bucca di Beppo, they have all kinds of crazy art and pictures hanging on the walls, the blue light is a reflection of a light bulb behind me on the glass on the pic. Looks like a Borg Nun. If you look close you can also see my reflection.

Oh, sorry I missed your post! Thanks alot! Next time I visit Japan I have to go to Osaka too. Just went to Kyoto and Tokyo this time. Love it there! =)
