Didn't I say 6.5GHz+ benching or 7GHz suicide shot will become possible with i5-670?
Seems like these clarkdale monsters even would want 28x multi or even 29x so you don't have to have to have so much luck with your cpu & mobo to hit the high clocks. Pretty much all Clarksdale results we've seen so far seems to stop at 250~259 bclk when going for the high frequencies.
If blck limitation wasn't an issue I'd think a good sample without any serious cold bug issues would allow for 6.9~7.0GHz benching and maybe 7.2~7.3GHz suicide shot at ~1.9v.
But yea this is really great result from i5-670 congrats!!
EDIT: It's a shame about having to use 6x mem multi, is it even possible for DDR3 kits to reach CL5? or is that out of spec or is it the lowest theoretically possible?
