Question you go stable from 1.14NB to 1.36 ? Or do you mean the rig just posted ? There's a big difference in voltage settings between the Asus and gigabyte boards, espeically for the NB.
I can't tell anything about 2201 bios , but the P5Q Dlx board was always easier to stabilise with anything than 1:1 divider ( works easy on the Gigas). Also more volts are not always better, this counts specially for the voltage sensitive NB. My bet is your CPU just needs a tad more Vcore to stabilise (it also fails on 20K which is pure CPU)... Why don't yo just run Prime custom 20-20K for CPU stability for a few hours and then go Blend later on. I always had good luck with 1.26-1.28 on the NB ( actively cooled ) and FSB term around 1.22-1.26 for FSB VTT. I always had loadline calibration enabled too, it really works well on the P5Q Dlx...
